QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

A Quality and International Welding Engineer’s position is sought.

- Graduate of either Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy or Materials Engineering faculty.

- Acquired International Welding Engineering education and certification.

- Able to use Solidworks, Autocad and similar programs.

- Has good knowledge about EN 3834-2 standard.

- Certified VT, MT, PT and UT inspector is prefered.

- Experience and able to design and prepare the welding map along with its necessary WPS, WPQR and assign the correct welder to the related weld.

- Able to evaluate welders certificates and prepare technical drawing’s weldment order.

- Have the ability to manage, train, educate and coordinate the welders and on job inspection and determination of correct welding parameters.

- Able to work in harmony with a team, 5S discipline and provide the quality requirments.

- Experience with planning the assembly of the weldment parts to achieve the welding requirements.

- Quality control of the mechanical equipments and their measurement control

- Final inspection before shipment of the equipment including prepare the quality book

- Organized and able to record and report all the steps of the work flow.

- Open to researching and innovating.

- Can work under pressure and under heavy work load.

- For male candidates, must have completed their military serivce.

- Preferred to have knowledge about the requirements of welding pressure vessels from both the American and European standards.

- English language is a must. Good command in reading, writing and speaking English language. Extra languages are preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar fields.
