GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a Quality Assistant Manager with the following qualifications:
BA / BSc degree in Engineering Faculties
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Quality Management Systems,
- Experienced in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 management systems,
- Having knowledge in Process Management and Risk Management,
- Having ISO 9001 / ISO 19011 internal auditor certificate, prefably have ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certificate
- Prefably have knowledge of TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation standard,
- Prefably have experience in QDMS documentation, corrective action, audit and action management modules,
- Prefably have knowledge on BCM (Business Continuity Management), ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Proficient using on MS Office Applications,
- Quality and detail oriented,
- Dedicated to self improvement,
- Strong communication, planning, follow up and team management skills,
- Good at analytical thinking, data analysis and problem solving.
- Ability to work in a multinational / multicultural environment,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Managing of all necessary activities within the scope of effective implementation, development, continuity and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) established based on TS EN ISO / IEC 17020 requirements.
- Managing of QMS documentation created in accordance with the requirements of TS
- EN ISO / IEC 17020, other relevant standards and legal obligations,
- Managing and coordination of the corrective and preventive actions performed for the continuous improvement and development of the QMS,
- Planning, performing and leading of Internal Quality and Supplier Audits.
- Leading and management of TÜRKAK Accreditation Audit process with the department (audit planning, participation in the field, follow up effective corrective and preventive action upon Audit Report and findings.)
- Managing of the Individual Suggestion System,
- Carrying out BCM (Business Continuity Management), ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) and Headquarters OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) activities, ensuring continuity and continuous improvement of these systems.
