QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE – QUALITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Position Purpose

The position is responsible for leading all quality activities of domestic new product launch and relaunches. Leads material testing activities and Material Review Board (MRB) process.

The position will be reporting to Quality Assurance Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading all quality activities of domestic new product launch and relaunches,
• Coordination of domestic pre-productions and first productions to ensure spec conformity and on time market launch,
• Executing change orders of domestic portfolio as factory approver in SAP,
• Responsible for leading Material Review Board (MRB) process by effective follow up of material defects,
• Responsible for material testing for new specs, sourcing changes, material improvements; coordination of the trial with local & global stakeholders,
• Building effective communication between with GSC, R&D, GPS, Product Developers as well as regional factories and contract manufacturing sites.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Industrial Engineering),
• Minimum 2 years of Quality experience,
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge.
