GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Food Engineering Departments of universitites
- Min experience of 5 years in managerial positions preferably working with dried fruits, nut and seeds and packaging industry for retailers
- Advanced level of English, to be able to utilize professional English oral and written
- Experinece in organizing, follow-up and reporting
- Analytical mind set, ability to communicate and problem solving
- Advanced level of MS Office applications
- Completed military service for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be able to manage and work in Quality Management Systems (BRC-IFS)
- To lead New Product Projects and prepare product samples
- To manage and follow-up customer demands and complaints
- To manage physical, chemical and microbiological analysis in processes and raw material acceptance
- To maintain relations with governmental and certification institutions having effect on Quality procedure
- To maintain, update and apply all product related information for Quality processes
- To be in coordination with Purchasing department in relation with raw materials and packaging
- To direct, lead and coach the team
- To communicate with the customer’s and suppliers to conduct the design works for the films, cases and inners
