• Bachelor or Master degree (Chemical Engineering and Industrial / nutrition and life sciences)
• 5-7 years of practical experience in a similar related field.
• The ability to write and prepare reports.
• Skill in the application of the concepts of quality management, ISO procedures.
• Proactive and have analytical mindset.
• Arabic and English Languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications. (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Team leadership experience, with proven ability to build effective teams and develop people.
• Strategic thinking, proactive, dynamic and action oriented spirit.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The development of strategies, policies and procedures for quality systems (ISO) and food safety (HACCP) in order to raise the capacity and efficiency of the organization.
• Work and the development of the annual audit plan and monitor its implementation
• Supervision and follow-up on all sections of the terms of the application of laws and regulations established and approved and use the full power that allows you to do so.
• Oversight and audit of all sections to prevent incidents of food safety and quality products.
• Retain all records for all laws and regulations related to quality systems, food safety systems, ISO and HACCP
• Supervision and follow-up on the lab section (quality control) in terms of technical matters and what is required for the application of systems and procedures and working methods of operating the special sound all his work.
• Supervision and follow-up on the production department in terms of technical matters and what is required in order to implement systems and procedures
