QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Quality Assurance Manager” for our client located in Silivri and operating in "manufacturing sector" with the qualifications below;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant department
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Having experience in team management
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret technical journals and financial reports
- Ability to write procedures, speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring compliance and maintenance of the Company’s quality and environmental system in accordance with the latest standards
- Administration of the Company’s Quality and Environmental Manual.
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organisation’s policies and applicable laws.
- Liaison with representatives of the Certification and Approval Bodies.
- Assessing the effectiveness of the operated quality system through a programme of periodic quality system audits and an annual quality system review
- Reporting at Board level on all matters pertaining to quality assurance and environmental.
- Administration, supervision, discipline and training of quality assurance staff.
- Assessment of customers’ specified quality requirements and authority to implement accepted requirements into the Company’s quality system
- Maintaining liaison with suppliers towards improvements in the quality of bought-out supplies and services.
- Approving actions to be taken with non-conforming products.
- Managing the Company’s calibration system for inspection, measuring and test equipment.
- Signing declarations affecting the Company’s BS EN ISO 9000 registration/approval.
- Liasing with suppliers and customers’ quality assurance and environmental representatives, having first agreed a satisfactory working arrangement with the Company Materials and Sales Management respectively.
