QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Lesaffre, which is a global reference in the yeast industry with its more than 160 years of accumulated knowledge, has been transmitting its international experience to Turkish bakery industry since 1992.

In addition to yeast, we also provide baking solutions like bread improvers, bread mixes, and blends to bakery sector. We are looking for our new “Quality Assurance Specialist” team member, who will work with us at our Ceyhan Factory, located inAdana.


What we expect:

  • Bachelor's Degree from Food Engineering or Biochemical Engineering departments of universities,
  • Hands-on experience in quality systems for at least 3 years, proficiency in QDMS,
  • Strong communication skills with customer-satisfaction approach,
  • Open to frequent travelling to make field visits, class B driving license is a must,
  • Advanced level of written and verbal English,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


What we will accomplish:

  • Managing food safety procedures in line with ISO 9001 AND FSSC 22000,
  • Tracking customer complaints and communicating after completing necessary root-cause analyses,
  • Planning supplier and customer visits to observe and analyze the field,
  • Managing all quality assurance-related documentation and corrective / preventive action forms through QDMS,
  • Actively participating to Halal, Kosher and customer audits and supporting other teams in audit processes.
