QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search of a high caliber Quality Chief for Tarkett Aspen Tuzla location.

. Chemical Engineering Degree, preferably an MSs in polymer Chemistry

· Minimum 3 years experience at Plastics processing, preferably extrusion

· Previous work experience with Quality Lab Equipment

· Experience in PVC based products preferred

· Knowledgable and experienced in Contemporary Management tools eg KPIs, Kaizen, 5S, Service fill rate, claims, and Customer Service Management etc

· Strong leadership skills

. Strong problem solving skills

· Team Player

. Strong Communication skills

· Fluent in English

. No Military obligations for male candiates

. Living at a closer place to Tuzla Istanbul (Tuzla, Gebze, Pendik, Kartal..)
