QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Quality Control - Customer Interface Engineer” for our Bursa-Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and follow QC production plan,
- Attend PFMEA activities,
- Inform customer claims to the plant,
- Review customer claims and make improvement plans, follow up the implementations and reply with 8D report,
- Review internal defects and make improvement plans, follow up applications,
- Prepare for customer audits and attend to the audit,
- Approve repair instructions,
- Prepare packing standards,
- Prepare and follow up subcontractor performance evaluation,
- Control and approve ECI (Engineering Change Information) form,
- Review of customer drawings (giving approval for customer design changes),
- Doing plant product control and report,
- Report the defects to the supervisor, search for the reasons and give advise for the solutions and take precautions,
- Give advise so that defects are not repeated, and implement the relevant parts,
- Prepare observation standards,
- Control important warning and dispatch forms.
QUALIFICATOINS:
- Preferably with experience in wiring field
- University graduate from engineering fields
- Good command of English both in written and spoken (Part of the interview will be held in English)
- Good communication and team working skills
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Good PC Skills (MS Office)
- Residence in Bursa
