QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable degree
- Professional experience in purchasing, manufacturing, project management and / or quality desired
- Knowledge of the product development process as well as technical manufacturing processes and cost calculation
- Good MS Office and CAD software knowledge (solidworks,catia,etc)
- Fluency in English both written and spoken any another language is advantageous.
- Practical & technical knowledge for supplier qualification, material and production processes.
- Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as internal specifications.
- Fast and efficient problem solving in Management of Complaint Process (8D to Suppliers) and guiding supplier task forces and escalation management
- Competent in teamwork, strong analytical approach, enable a learning approach to solve problems,
- Residing or to be residing in Kocaeli or Anatolian side of İstanbul
- Valid driving license.
- No restriction for travelling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring supplier in terms of quality reliability with monthly KPI’s and Supplier development at Supplier's manufacturing sites for direct material and service, with regular supplier visits,
- Coordinating with Suppliers on quality non conformances and ensuring that immediate resolution and root cause analysis is done
- Supervise and Support incoming quality control activities to ensure reliability of control processes (control plan, control method etc);
- Supporting the company qualification and product qualification of Suppliers for direct material and services in close coordination with Local Supply Chain Manager,
- Keep suppliers updated in regards to general quality requirements and procedures
- Ensuring the availability of necessary materials in accordance with general quality requirements,
- Product and supplier qualifications and supplier follow up,
- Following the approved supplier list,
