QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To leverage our quality control process in our plant we are looking for our new partner for success as “Quality Control Engineer”.

Main Position Objectives:

  • Manage/follow up quality control routines in production hall
  • Performance of in-depth quality inspections and tests of line products to fully support production department targets
  • Conducting the QC team in the production hall

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant departments
  • Have excellent command of English
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Analytical and questioning mindset, proactive and result oriented
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing business
  • Organized, elaborative, execution oriented good at time management
  • Respectful, ready to build strong interpersonal relationship
  • Good command of presentation and organization skills
  • Completed military service for males
  • Willingness for flexible domestic and international travels, when needed
  • Location in Adana

Job Description:

New partner will report to "Quality Assurance Manager" and is expected to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Implement quality control procedures which creating by Quality Assurance Manager to floor
  • Create SWI accordingly relevant quality procedures and train to local team
  • Create skill matrix and improve quality team knowledge level with trainings
  • Communicate with local Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Planning Team for achieve best in class level of quality
  • Follow up/check quality control and lab equipment are running properly; need maintenance/improvement, communicate with relevant team
  • Follow up equipment calibration routines and report to Quality Assurance Manager
  • Create training program which about quality activities for quality team, technical team, rewind operator and end of line operator
  • Manage/follow up costumer complain and prepare/lead 8D analyses, FMEA etc accordingly costumer complain, follow up RCCA, TDL activities; if necessary visit to field, try to analyses problem on place and support to sales team
