QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in Food Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience in beverage or food industry quality departments
- Result oriented, having high sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Having operational experience in implementation of ISO9001, HACCP and FSCC22000 certifications
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- No military obligation (for male candidates)
- Living or willing to live in Adana
İŞ TANIMI
- Managing QM/QA department locally in close cooperation with headquarter functions
- Responsible for analytical control, evaluation and release of raw materials and products
- Implementation of GLP Good Laboratory Practice
- Ensuring continuous improvement by reporting of quality data, defining corrective and preventative actions
- Manages quality on a process based approach in a cost benefitial way
- Support production, development and supply chain areas in continous improvement process
- Support the implementation certifications according ISO9001, HACCP and FSCC22000
- Support complaint management program and ensuring customer communication in coordination with Sales Team
