For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidates:

  • Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Engineering,
  • Candidates with experience at a relevant position in production environment,
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English,
  • Basic quality knowledge in OEM business,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide customer quality representative function through frequent customer visits and follow up of mass, pre-mass and warranty quality issues, manage repair or sorting activities in close cooperation with counterparts,
  • Manage defected parts handling, lead and coordinate investigation process. Use problem solving tools to find out root cause of problems and drive the team until relevant countermeasures are in place and effectiveness is validated,
  • Prepare claim investigation reports and present to customers via meetings etc. (Web meetings or on-site),
  • Use customer portals efficiently to follow-up customer KPIs and reporting the investigation reports according to their deadlines,
  • Follow Denso Group suppliers quality problems, notify them via email and database with required information, manage sorting activities inside Denso to protect internal and external customers. Follow-up the issue until the relevant countermeasures are in place and effectiveness is confirmed,
  • Register all claims to related Denso database systems, prepare regular reports and submit to required units,
  • Prepare required quality KPI reports, share and follow up with all related parties,
  • Hold regular quality meetings both with Denso group and external companies to follow-up pending quality issues,
  • Support preparation of inspection manuals and other related QA/QC documentation,
  • Attend and support local supplier audits and quality improvement activities,
