We are now looking for a Quality Control Specialist who has the following qualifications to work in our Quality Department in our factory operating in Sakarya.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering departments
- At least 3 years Quality Control experience in manufacturing companies in the chemical industry
- Excellent command of English
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent problem solving and crisis management skills
- Must be analytical, creative minded and result oriented
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, communication skills
- Having B type driving license and active driver
- Resident or able to reside in Sakarya

- To prepare control plans and control methods in coordination with R&D and with a corporate sustainability approach, to enter the system, to keep them up-to-date
- To track product control effectiveness and team performance
- To research new control, tests and analytical methods to be used to increase the effectiveness of quality controls and to give suggestions for improvement of control plans
- To preparing product conditional acceptance approval criteria with R&D support
- To manage the control processes of the trial samples to be sent to the customer, to approve the conformity with the specs
- To record all control results and regularly reporting them to their manager
- To follow resource (human-device-information / document) optimization for timely control that products and samples comply with the specified spectrum
- To conduct re-evaluation, conditional acceptance, rejection and, if necessary, re-control process for non-conforming products and preparing the necessary reports
- To reduce product wastes taken for product control and becoming waste, and ensuring their proper disposal
