We are looking for Quality Control Supervisor to take part of Fluidmaster Turkey located in Tuzla/İstanbul

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quality control of the supplied raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products and products in accordance with the specifications and test instructions
• To perform chemical resistance tests, technical drawing measurements and function tests that provide approval at the entrance quality control stage,
• Compliance control of the raw form of the chassis produced in the welding room with the technical drawings and functional tests
• Management of Quarantine and Rejection areas
• Controlling the products coming from external operations (paint control, etc.)
• Function tests of semi-finished products and products (load test)
• Following the studies on the actions to be taken regarding the nonconforming products detected during the process
• Controlling new product designs coming from the R&D department
• Playing an active role in the improvement works of the problems that cause customer complaints
• Ensuring the development of the process by supporting the production in solving the quality problems that occur in the existing production lines
• Ensuring that production approvals are given and routine controls are made in every shift by measuring all plastic parts printed in injection.
• Keeping nonconformity reports and sharing them periodically with management
• Making mold trials for new products
• Making product analyzes of competitor companies
• Planning and implementation of trainings and studies that will increase quality awareness within the company.
• Ensuring that laboratories, test equipment and materials are used continuously and that all tests are carried out and recorded on time.
• Controlling the effective and timely response to the corrective action reports sent to the suppliers.
• Participating in FMEA, Control plan preparation studies when necessary and monitoring the process
• Ensuring that successful corrective actions are disseminated to similar processes
• Organizing the work schedule of the technicians working in the department
• Ensuring efficient work of technicians working in the department
• Increasing employee loyalty of technicians working in the department
• Working in coordination with production, planning and other relevant departments
• Organizing the preparation of procedures and instructions related to the department

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Graduated from Universities, preferably from Engineering Faculties
• At least 5 years of experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
• Having knowledge of materials in areas such as metal and plastic
• Knowledge of turning, milling, injection molding machines
• Able to read technical drawings well
