Otto International is seeking out an experienced Quality Controller to join our Izmir, Turkey team. In this exciting position, you will control the quality of products by carrying out in-line and final inspection.
How will you make a difference?
· Control the quality of products by carrying out in-line and final inspection to ensure that the products meet the customers’ standards
· Achieve the corporate targets in terms of Delivery Performance, Claim Ratio and short shipment
· Conduct inspection by counter-checking the inspection file
· Visit factories to check the production status, fabric, accessories, measurement, style, packing and workmanship, etc. and ensure that the customers’ requirements are met
· Report the inspection status by communicating with the related factories on quality issues
· Detect faults and recommend corrective actions by checking the operations of factories, discussing, and solving the problems with related person in order to improve the product quality
Who are we looking for?
- At least graduated from high school
- At least 6 years’ experience in a similar position
- Have solid production experience in all type of product, mostly women’s wear
- Good command on MS Office applications
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Good level of pattern, sewing and fabric knowledge
- Solution oriented
- Good analytical skills and planning skills
