QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
İş Tanımı (Job Description)
- Detects and resolves any production issues encountered during production.
- Is authorized to stop faulty production and to start the corrective actions when needed.
- Is representative of customer in plant and responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Implements quality system, process and procedure audits in plant and conducts SPC and capability analysis.
- Follows up corrective & preventive actions for raw materials, semi finished products, products, processes, industrialization that are not able to meet customer requirements.
- Is responsible for deployment of customer special requirements to the plant.
- Sets objectives inline with Faurecia Group quality.
- Use customer Score cards, portal and database (Covisint,SIM,Q1,QSS) effectively and check correctness of values.
- Works in compliance with procedures and instructions in the quality manage
- ment system, control and follow up documents and procedures/instructions in quality management system and is focused on Continuous Improvement.
- Manages team work at Supplier Park and organizes and follows up all local plant activities.
- Prevents shipment of faulty products and establishes and follows up the necessary organizations required for keeping customer deliveries under control.
- Starts and follows up required actions related to supplier, internal production or customer complaints.
- Participates and follows up (potential) problems until concerns are closed.
- Ensures that customer rejects are analyzed, and that the modifications made for the quality system are adapted within the department.
- Ensures that compliance with quality, environment, occupational safety and healty procedures and instruction prepared by Faurecia Technologies is maintained
- Genel Nitelikler (Job Requirements)
- Bachelor degree (Engineering)
- At least 3 years of experience in production environment
- Fluent English
- Able to Management systems (IATF 16949, ISO14001)
- Experienced on Production processes
- Can use measurement devices
- 8D, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP experience is required
- Supplier quality management
