QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Coats is a global textile Group employing 19.000 employees in over 60 countries across six continents around the world.
Coats’ Turkish subsidiary, Coats Türkiye, is searching for a Quality Engineer work in the Bursa factory located at the Bursa Organized Industrial Zone.
- University degree
- At least 2 years’ experience on a production line where IATF 16949 QMS was operational
- PPAP, SPC training
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- SAP experience
- Microsoft experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Documentation according to PPAP level,
2. “International Material Data System” (IMDS) data input. During sample production stage, performing input/update and inform to customer
3. Managing Oeko-tex certifications
4. To input necessary data for CC and SC characteristic to statictical process controls and monitor the process
5. To input test results on CoC(Certificate of Conformity) page and match with the required standard, then check the conformity
6. To maintain SAP QM-CoC system operations and periodic checks
7. New material descriptions/updates. New creation/update specs in SAP
8. Update SAP according to the customer special requests such as P/N or special CoC design
9. Download of the related reports from system and deliver CoC reports to the group companies when requested
10. To maintain SAP QM- Apparel –Special – Embroidery- Incoming Goods system and periodic checks
11. New material description/update (For each new Apparel item by MasterData)
12. Daily performance check in system, description of the failures and taking necessary actions
13. User trainings for SAP QM CoC, Apparel - Speciality system and BW reporting and in case of any issue to be in contact with help desk until action closed.
