We are looking for a new colleague that will help thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions to strengthen its presence in Turkey.
Job Profile/ Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to provide full Quality support and expertise to other departments to achieve a high level of Quality material, product and process.
- Be responsible for initiating improvements related to processes and products, providing technical or analytical direction to solve quality and/or operational issues while looking for productivity and standardization opportunities.
- Ensure timely quality support in case of any quality problems encountered on products, providing quality risk assessment and an accurate action plan/solution that immediately mitigates impact on Quality and Production KPI's.
- Provide support for the review/update of manufacturing process characterization and other documents when required.
- Challenge all standard processes and products in order to propose productivity initiatives. Lead initiatives in order to improve the quality standards of products.
- Collaborate closely with other departments locally and globally
- Analyze quality data and translate into useful information to support achievement of factory quality KPIs and objectives
- Prepare quality reports and raise deviations of quality issues when appropriate
- Maintains related Quality System documentation
- Collaborate and share knowledge and intelligence with colleagues and relevant stakeholders on matters such as standards, procedures and guidelines, efficient use of tools and technologies
- To accomplish internal and external audits of suppliers
- To manage updating as necessary the Quality Management System so as to meet fully our Brands quality standards
- To observe and understand the progress of the projects which are outsourced
- Experienced in EN 1090 and EN 3834-2 certification audits and maintaining systems
- Experienced in preparing project based Quality Documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering Diploma is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality
- Having internal / auditor certificates of ISO 9001:2015, 14001, 45001
- Advanced analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and result oriented
- Desires to work in a competitive and international environment
- Eager to learn and get experienced in a growing production facility
- Resistance to stress, organized working style
