Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering branches (Chemistry, Industrial, Material etc.),
- Computer proficiency,
- At least 5 years minimum experience working in manufacturing industry as quality engineer,
- Quality orientation and high attention to detail,
- Ability to work with customers and employees,
- Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution,
- Completion of military service,
- Good communication skill,
- Can work under high stress,
- Team player and self –motivation,
- Resident in İzmir or willingness to relocate.
Job Description
- Leads inspection efforts on new products, supporting ramp-up with detailed inspections and shifting toward process/product auditing as product reaches production rates,
- Prepares and revises quality plans, inspection checklists, quality instructions and forms,
- Trains inspectors and production operators in basic measurement and inspection tasks,
- Creates and implements metrics/charts for tracking key product/process data,
- Establishes receiving inspection requirements, and carries out or oversees inspections,
- Conducts qualification activities for new tooling and parts,
- Responsible for driving for timely gap closure of all quality issues in production,
- Responsible for product inspection control and review, customer complaint handling, quality issue analysis, responding to customer with corrective actions,
- Give quality improvement suggestion of quality issues, serve as advocate/coordinator of quality improvement project. Do improvement experiment, data collecting and analyzing independently or cooperatively and present the report in both Turkish and English,
- Assist QA manager to maintains the quality system operation.
