Your Job Description:
- Sustain site quality management system that addresses the risk of non-conformance to product quality and product safety.
- Support the SQSE manager and team with implementing of effective SHE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Following-up the SQSE performance indicators and reporting regular monthly and quarterly internal and external reports on time
- Supporting maintaining full compliance with all Doğadan framework standards and Legal requirements about SHE issues.
- Responsible for practical implementation of the quality systems to ensure that all raw and packaging materials used, and all finished goods meet the required quality standards.
- Support new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction activities by integrating quality tools in the process.
- Improve suppliers’ quality standards and participate in supplier visits and assessments.
- Coordinate the product safety system at production like HACCP, GMP, calibration, traceability, hygiene and responsible for compliance with applicable regulatory and labelling requirements.
- Support ISO 9001& FSSC2000&ISO14001&ISO45001&RFA implementations in relation to requirements of certification bodies.
- Provide leadership for developing and directing Product Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement initiatives throughout the whole Supply Chain.
- New products and new processes, cooperate with R&D and Engineering to make sure that all requirements are defined to ensure that production team can produce accordingly with the expected targets
- Lead proper quality incident investigations
- Ensure Quality Maintenance tools are also utilized including analysis of Quality losses, quality maintenance and process point analysis.
Your Profile:
- University degree preferably in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 1-2 years experience in Quality, Safety, Environment roles (preferably in FMCG) is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
- Able to work within a dynamic environment, strong communication skills
- Six Sigma or operation excellence programs knowledge is a plus
- B class occupational safety certificate is a plus
- Suitable for shift work
