QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

KALE CLAMP, which has been operating in the hose clamp industry for more than 25 years, is the industry leader in Turkey and one of the well-known companies in the world.

KALE CLAMP takes its place in the global market with an export rate of 80%, and its customer portfolio consists of automotive, industry and distribution sectors.

We are seeking a “Quality Executiveat our TUZLA facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering,
  • Good command of both written and spoken English,
  • Experiences in Quality Department preferably in automotive industry,
  • Experience with 8D reporting, root cause analysis, IATF 16949 standard, MSA, calibration, SPC, FMEA will be an asset,
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and SAP knowledge will be an asset,
  • Strong communication and management skills,
  • Enthusiasm for learning and self-development,
  • Positive, self - motivated, proactive, team player and dynamic,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent project management skills,
  • Being able to reside on Istanbul Anatolian side, Gebze, Darıca or Çayırova location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead customer claim management process, make necessary analysis through 8D reports and supervise the root cause analysis (5Why, Ishikawa) team.
  • Ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and applied within the company.
  • Organize and manage all the activities related to the non-quality cost reduction program.
  • Be the face of the company for all quality related audits& visits and make regular internal and supplier audits.
  • Manage team of quality control inspectors, conduct and supervise laboratory activities.
  • Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.
  • Oversees and monitors the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures, and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process.
  • Train staff, technicians and professionals on the aspects of quality control activities.
  • Follow-up KPI’s and reports regarding quality metrics such as customer complaints, nonconformities, etc.
