QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Quality, Health and Safety, Environment Specialist (Functional Lead) at Bosch Rexroth Gebze Location.
Your contribution to something big:
- Maintenance and development of quality and hse management system,
- Quality methods and tools (Claim management, problem solving, FMEA, etc)
- Supplier development regarding quality,
- Assure health and safe working conditions,
- Analyze and optimization of processes,
- Leading of direct employee.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering by Mechanical, Industrial and Material Sciences,
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management, ideally in machine manufacturing area (welding, sheet metal, forming , metal cutting and hydraulics),
- Deep knowledge in Health/Safety and environment regulations and applications,
- Practical knowledge of Quality and HSE Management Systems acc. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001;
- Quality methods and tools (claim management, problem solving, measurement technics etc),
- Internal ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 auditor,
- Analyze and optimization of processes,
- Strong leadership and communication skills, competencies in team management
- Presentation- and communication skills (KPI reporting, etc) and effective communication with stakeholders,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Fast learning skills, practical mind.
