QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in metallurgical, mechanical or industrial engineering
- At least 2 years of work experience in Automotive Quality preferably in Supplier Quality Management area
- Has a knowledge in Core tools (PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA)
- Has a knowledge in Problem solving methodologies (8D, ishikawa, 5-why analysis etc.)
- Has a knowledge in IATF 16949 & internal auditing
- Has a knowledge in VDA 6.3 process audit
- Has an experience in control plan, control instruction preparation
- Knowledge in SAP QM module is asset

- Ensure appropriate work environment for the team
- Excellent command of English ability and fluent speaking
- Having B Class Driver License

- Assure quality of incoming materials for production
- Preparing incoming inspection control plans in SAP
- Performing Supplier Audits
- Managing incoming inspection activities and employees
- Managing supplier claims & follow-up of supplier 8D reports
- Managing supplier special improvement programs
- Controlling and approving supplier PPAP files
- Follow up of supplier yearly requalification
- Monitor, measure and report suppliers performance in key quality indicators
- Managing Material Laboratory activities
- Supporting P-FMEA studies
