QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EGGER stands for sustainable growth; we are an international company with more than 10,600 employees in 8 countries and 60 years of experience in the wood industry. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as ‘Quality Manager’ in our EGGER Gebze Plant, which produces plastic edgebanding.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Departments,
- Minimum 8 years experience,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Having strong team management organizational skills,
- Strong problem solving skills and result oriented,
- Self-motivated and have business mind-set with strong analysis skills,
- Ability to travel abroad,
- Active driving license,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Living or relocate in Gebze, İzmit, İstanbul Anatolian Side.
We have shuttle through(İdealtepe-Cevizli-Atalar-Kartal-Sahilyolu-Pendik-E5-EGGER), (Acıbadem-E5-EGGER).
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Leading subordinates by providing guidance and feedback,
- Quality assurance according to the rules, parameters and verification plans,
- Define, introduce and supervise control tools and processes of the quality,
- Process control and supervision of measures for products that are not according to quality norms of EGGER,
- Integration of EGGER Quality Systems,
- Satisfying customer expectations about product’s quality,
- Organizing regular customer visits,
- Enabling sustainable quality courses and conveying the information,
- Planning, supervising and purchasing necessary equipment for calibration activities,
- Establishing and following corrective and preventative actions for non-confirmed products,
- Ensuring that the products to be produced for the first time are produced in accordance with the customer's quality requirements,
- Responsible for contributing to the generation of the Quality Policy and Objectives,
Complying with ISO 9001 acrredition requirements.
