QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER to be responsible for Plant Quality Operations inline with global and local duties.
Main Responsibilities
- Support all areas of the plant in terms of Quality.
- Carefully and quickly scrutinize documents for accuracy with the intent of verification and correction.
- Continuous improvement process across the organization.
- Participate and support the organization in audits (internal and third-party).
- Explain the teams the contractual customer-specific requirements and to make sure that these are understood and implemented.
- Consolidate and follow up the Quality KPI.
- Visits onsite (domestic and abroad).
- Managing relations with the different plants of the Division and Suppliers, Customers and OEM’s.
Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics.
- Destructive testing and Nondestructive testing.
- Processes of Steel transformation. Rollforming, Cutting, Welding and Galvanization
- ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA.
Hands on Experience
- Sound experience in Global Quality Management (Design, Commercial, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, Laboratory, Maintenance, Projects, Customers, Suppliers).
- Industrial Experience in a multi-site environment (Steel, Automotive, and Solar sectors are preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in Core Quality Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Continuous improvement process.
- Solid auditor experience (ISO-9001, IATF-16949, VDA6.3)
