QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Engineering discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office programs,
- Recognised qualification in Quality Systems Management
- Minimum 8 years experience in production environment
- Working knowledge of ISO 9000/2015,HACCP and risk to food safety,SPC
- Have the technical knowledge to defend the Quality Management System in audits
- Fluent professional English required
- High level of computer and systems proficiency
- Strong leadership/influencing skills,good communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Completed military obligation for male candidates
- Able to live in Kocaeli
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor the quality management system, take responsibility in the preparation phase for internal/external audits (BRC,AIB)
- Implements quality tools such as HACCP,SPC, attributes controls
- Develops quality policies,procedures
- Evaluate customer complaints and take corrective and/or preventative actions
- Manage the effectiveness of hygiene process
- Take necessary actions during an emergency situation that may affect food safety
