QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics and Manufacturing
Engineering,
· Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management in automotive industry,
· Good command of English both written & spoken,
· Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, AS 9100,
· Knowledge and experience in Core Tools (MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP),
· Knowledge about 8D reporting methodology,
· Good communication, team management and leadership skills,
· Good problem-solving and planning skills,
· Analytic and result oriented,
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MSDS and SAP QM module.
Job Definition:
· To set the quality targets accordingly with company’s strategy and customers expectations,
· Responsible for implementation of the quality systems and polices,
· To ensure the continuous improvement of the process, product and quality system,
· Being a role model in increasing quality awareness,
· To support new product development, continuous improvement, and cost reduction activities by integrating quality tools in the process,
· To manage customer complaints, provide responses, and determine corrective and preventative actions,
· To cooperate with group companies and prepare periodic reports.
