We are seeking for a high potential candidate to be evaluated as Quality, Risk & Independence Coordinator with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Social Sciences, Business Administration or other related departments,
- Preferably 6 - 7 years of experience in Compliance / Project Management / Risk Management,
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office programmes (mainly Excel, Word, Power point),
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Effective organizational, planning and time management skills,
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the priorities of the team and the business,
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
Roles&Responsibilities
- Coordinating the execution of the Enterprise Risk Framework management and reporting including planning and performing leadership interviews, analysis of responses, production of risk reporting and monitoring of risks.
- Conducting periodic compliance reviews, including relevant testing & monitoring activities, suggesting improvements to processes in order to make sure they are effective and in line with local and global regulations, requirements and policies.
- Taking active role in assessments per Deloitte global standards.
- Working with Business Risk Leaders and Quality & Risk Management (QRM) teams in improving QRM processes and enhancing QRM culture in order to integrate it into the key business processes.
- Supporting Chief Risk Officer in respect to all Quality, Risk & Independence process localy&globally.
