QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager
We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to facilitate compliance with international guidelines. Our goal is to foster a culture of attention to quality in general.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE officer in international projects (5 years)
- BSc/BA in engineering is preferred.
- In depth knowledge of tender preparation (e.g. Worldbank, Ebrd etc.) and procedures.
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH Certificate.
- Advanced in English language.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project.
Istanbul Asian side resident.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe working environment for our projects and offices.
- Ensure that the company's policies and procedures comply with regulatorystandards. (9001-14001-45001)
- Prepare necessary HSE documents for tenders.
- Review, revise and implement current policies and leading them.
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
- Organize HSE training of employees and executives.
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and develop ways to prevent happening again.
- Conduction of internal audits, organizing external audits.
