QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVE
- Follow-up and reporting of all customer complaints in the Elazig Slaughterhouse
- Conducting monthly internal audits and suppliers in Elazig Slaughterhouse
- To carry out practical work on Recall and Back-Tracing in the Elazig Slaughterhouse
- To implement the articles of the ISO 9001-FSSC 22000-ITU-HALAL-KFC Standards in the field of duty and authority
- To fulfill the duties given to the main targets of the company and the KPIs followed in achieving these targets
- To support the preparation of the necessary documentation for all systems
- To carry out Internal audits in the relevant Management Systems
- Giving training to the other members of the team on the subjects included in their duties and authorities
- Participating in relevant trainings on the subjects within its duties and powers
- To make the workforce planning of Haccp Personnel and to provide their reporting
- To prepare statistical data of KPI data monitored by Quality Assurance
- To be involved in projects that have an impact on Food Safety, to carry out innovative sustainable studies and to report to their superiors
- To ensure the release of export products
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree in Food Engineering
- Advanced in English (written and oral)
- Experienced in food safety & quality
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area is a plus
