The leading international travel agency “Meeting Point Turkey” which has operations in 8 different regions in Turkey is looking for “ Quality Supervisors" in Bodrum and Antalya Offices for its dynamic, success-oriented and highly motivated teams.
About the Job
- Investigation of complaints and legal claims raised both by end customers and tour operators during and post- travel
- Record all complaints in to the complaint handling list for statistics and reports
- Support partners through investigation process
- Informing related departments in regards to regress process
- Preparing monthly and annual reports for management
- Analyzing statistics and reporting relevant departments for potential risks
About You
- Minimum Vocational High school diploma
- 3-5 years of level experience in a similar position in Tourism sector
- Driving license
- Decision-making ability
- Planning& Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Capacity for teamwork
- Flexibility and mobility
