QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Desired Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

· Minimum 4 years of experience in the Quality Management system, at least 2 years in the automotive sector

· Good knowledge of IATF 16949:2016

· Preferably involved in system establishment of IATF 16949:2016 or ISO 9001:2015

· Good knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 documentation structure (Creating Quality Manual, VDA FMEA, Control Plan, Risk & Opportunity analysis, Turtle Models, procedure, instruction, etc.)

· Good knowledge for 5 core tools

· Having IATF 16949:2016 Internal Audit Certificate and auditing experience is mandatory

· Good knowledge at Corrective/Preventive Actions, 8D and 5 Why / Ishikawa problem solving methods

· Process audit experience and VDA 6.3 certificate is preferred

· Internal Audit Management and Reporting skills

· SAP (Documentation Management) knowledge

· Good comment of English in both spoken and written

Job Description

· Contributes to establish, definition and improvement of IATF 16949 quality management system

· Supports process owners to ensure that Corporate procedures are understood and deployed correctly

· Supports process owners to ensure that Local procedures are developed according to Corporate guidelines and in harmony with Corporate procedures and are deployed and maintained correctly

· Analyses and suggests changes to the organizational processes to improve efficiency and quality of the service provided to customer (internal /external) and in compliance with standards and other requirements of the system (IATF 16949, customer requirement)

· Managing the documentation system and local KPIs

· Organizing, conducting and reporting IATF 16949 Quality System internal audits, supporting process audits and customer audits if needed

· Managing CA/PA and reporting directly to the Quality System & Auditing Chief on monthly bases

· Supports process owners to create local documents (procedures, instructions, turtles, risk analysis, etc.) based on Corporate documents
