QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineers to join us as “Quality System Engineer” within Quality Department. The role is based in Menemen, İzmir.
What will be your contributions:
• To follow up on internal audit plans and corrective actions as a result of the audits
• To train and develop TPI’ s internal auditors
• To support the relevant departments for the timely completion of all actions detected in all departments,
• Maintain documentation management of the related project and change control system
• Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) program
• Quality assurance support of operations
• Quality assurance support of process development projects
• Execution and review of internal and supplier audits.
• Coordination with staff members and other departments to ensure that targets/goals are achieved.
• As appropriate escalation of issues to site Quality System head function
• Ensure that quality awareness is improved in the organization.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams and works closely with all processes to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
• Works with processes to improve the quality management system based on audit results.
What will be decisive:
• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2 - 5 Years of experience in Quality System
• Knowledge of relevant Excel / Word packages
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently and adapt to constant change
• Ability to talk with data and with data analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Team-oriented and responsive to customer needs
• Auditor Certification (ISO 9001:2015)
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 (Auditor certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 – ISO 45001 – ISO 50001 and ISO 27001 standards (Auditor certification is a plus)
• Prior experience in automotive, aerospace or aviation industries is a plus
• Strong hands-on experience in performing quality inspection checks process control checks & working per customer specifications
• Knowledge of Basic Lean and Six Sigma Methodology,
• Knowledge of Quality Core tools
• Familiarity with measurement and test tools
• Experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems
