QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

For the further development of our Quality department in our factory in Izmir, we are looking for a “Quality Systems Manager ” with following skills.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in any branch of engineering
- Very Fluent English in spoken and written (German as second language is an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in establishing and/or maintaining a Quality Management System
- Very good knowledge about the quality management system ISO9001 (EN/AS 9100 is an asset)
- Completed Internal Auditor training according to DIN EN ISO 19011 (Lead Auditor is preferred)
- Very good knowledge about MS-Office applications
- Teamwork, communication, reliability, high self-motivation and leadership skills
- No restriction to travel
- Able to work in Izmir
- Military service must be completed for male applicants
Job Description
- Managing the team in the organizational unit “Quality Systems”
- Maintaining and improving the established Quality Management System according to aviation standarts,
- Documentation Management (Quality Management Documents)
- Spec Management (External standards, specifications etc.)
- Managing technical translation processes,(Internal & PFW-Speyer)
- Internal & External((LBA-EN9100-NADCAP-Customer) Audit Management
- Management Review Process
- Internal & External Corrective / Preventive Action Management
- Managing a Quality System Technical Drawing Distribution,
- Representing the company in external Quality Management System audits
- Leading NADCAP Chemical process preparation/ audit
- Submitting KPI / BSC figures / Monthly Quality Report
- Reporting to the Director of Quality
- Archiving process
