QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Döktaş Iron Casting has been founded in 1973 in Orhangazi county of Bursa city is the biggest and leader foundry in Turkey. In Bursa Orhangazi facilities cast iron, nodular cast iron and machining activities and in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone facilities high and low pressured aluminum cast and aluminum rim production are being carried on.

Döktaş has joined GÜRİŞ Holding in July 2018.

Döktaş with its annual production capacity of 155.000 tons of cast iron, 15.000 tons of aluminum cast and 1.200.000 pieces of rim, produces aluminum, nodular cast iron and grey cast iron to the automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and machinery manufacturers.

Being in 202nd rank in ISO Top 500 Companies List in 2020, Döktaş has an important place in Turkish economy with its approximate 2800 employees.

We are looking for innovative, business oriented, team spirited “Quality Systems Senior Specialist” to join our team for Döktaş plant in Bursa – Orhangazi which is the leading company in foundry sector, with the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering Faculty (Preferably,Metallurgy and Materials, Mechanical)
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality system in industry, automotive
  • Knowledge and experience in quality system structure (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001)
  • Knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP and 8D problem solving methodology
  • Has Internal Auditor Certificate in IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001 Quality Systems
  • Experience in VDA 6.3 audit and sustainability projects
  • Investigator and analytic thinking skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command of English both written & spoken

Job Description

  • Managing the preparation and follow-up of all Management Systems(ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) documentation
  • Having experience about customer audits according to proper audit templates
  • Ensuring and supporting all departments to work in accordance with management systems
  • Planning, executing and reporting internal audit activities
  • Leading the customer audit processes within the scope of customer special requests
  • Creating internal audit plans and leading audits for all Management Systems(ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001)
  • Maintaining the Up-to-Dateness of the Quality Management System
  • Managing MRM (Management Review Meeting) meetings
  • Managing calibration processes
