QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DELTA KOZMETİK, which was established in 1953 and exports to USA, manufactures personal care, baby care and household cleaning products in it’s own production facilities of 28.000 m2 in Istanbul Industry and Trade Free Zone / Tuzla.
We are looking for competent candidates to work as a “R&D Assistant Manager” in our Tuzla plant.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Cosmetic formulation, Hair, Skin Care products and R&D,
- Well-disciplined in cosmetics GMP standards, which will adapt to the intense work schedule,
- Researcher, following new trends, dynamic,
- Prone to teamwork, high communication skills,
- Fluent in English, able to follow the literature,
- Have the technical knowledge to make product presentations on R&D,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,

JOB DESCRIPTION
- To act as a bridge by establishing an effective communication between the Central R&D Laboratory and the Production facility and to ensure that the processes are carried out quickly and effectively,
- To carry out formulation studies of cosmetic products, to follow the R&D processes,
- To carry out innovative studies on Cosmetic Products,
- Contributing to the process with creative ideas in R&D strategies,
- To carry out improvement and development studies in existing formulations,
- To follow the latest trends, to make suggestions, in good communication with the raw material suppliers,
- To contribute to the progress of the company in cooperation with Production and Quality.
