QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “R&D Associate” to be located in our Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Carrying out new product development projects and research projects,
- Following the product development activities closely and to make the necessary guidance,
- Following shelf life, sensory studies and new product adaptation processes,
- Working simultaneously with production, quality assurance, purchasing and marketing units,
- Organizing product promotion meetings, training and supplier meetings,
- Understanding the needs of the market and the customer, ·
- Planning and monitoring laboratory studies,
- Monitoring food legislation and the planning of the legal process and taking action.
- Ensuring the coordination at new project with purchasing,sales,marketing and other departmants.
- Managing that of SAP and SAP Portal proceses.
- Following the processes related to R&D of Quality / Food Safety Management Systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food / Chemical Engineering departments of universities.
- 1-2 years of experience in the R&D department, preferably in food companies (CSD, fruit juices, water, soda)
- Excellent project management skills (including ability to define project aims, work to a defined timeline, communicate project progress to stakeholders / key actors)
- Good computer skills
- Executing SAP processes (creating a product tree, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Fluent/Excellent spoken and written English.
- Able to team work, open to researchers and innovations, manage projects
- No travel disability
- Live/can live in Sakarya
