QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
R&D Engineer will work on for mainly project of new products and on the other hand, will be supportive for production process about the technical issues with coordinating the other departments.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Project management responsibility for cement and mining industry,
· Responsible for the project to ensure on time start of production,
- Timeline planning of the project and preparing work breakdown structure
- Organization of kick-off, project status and milestone review meetings
· Preparing all the necessary documentation for projects
- Coordination of development, sample production, production and quality activities
- Following of project targets (quality, cost, delivery)
· Collaboration in a cross-functional team consisting of sales, research, development, manufacturing, quality department and international locations
· Reporting of the critical performance criteria of the R&D process,
EDUCATION, EXPERIANCES & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant Metallurgy and Material Science Engineering. (Master’s degree is preferred)
· Interested in relevant work experience, preferably having knowledge sand mold casting process,
· Technical background with a fundamental understanding of metallurgical and preferably knowledge of casting standards and requirement
· Basic knowledge of manufacturing and machining technologies, of cast products made of steel materials.
· Computer proficiency,
· Quality orientation and high attention to detail,
· Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method with a problem-solving mindset
· Good communication skill,
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interaction in English
· Team player and self –motivation,
