We are seeking a Research & Development Responsible with the will and ambition to work in R&D Department of Saint-Gobain Weber Turkey’s İzmir Plant at Research and Development Center.
- Minimum master’s degree from Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering departments
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in R&D department, preferably in construction chemicals sector
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Good command of MS Office Programs
- No restriction for travelling in and out of the country
- Residency / willing to reside in Izmir

- Leading and operating the R&D functions of the department
- Carrying out the projects on new raw materials, formula and technology
- Following R&D related laws, legislations, funds and grants
- Following market trends and participating in benchmark activities in various areas
