QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduated from engineering faculties,
- Knowledge about plastic materials and processes in the automotive industry, min. 3 years of experience,
- Good command of R&D Center management regulations and processes,
- Participated in national / international scientific publications and patent studies and experienced in these matters,
- Strong writing and oral skills in English (Minimum level B2),
- Good command of MS Office applications,
- Dynamic, proactive, strong human relations, prone to teamwork, researcher,
- Improved problem solving and decision making skills,
- Being oriented to R&D Innovation,
- TEYDEB, H2020, EUREKA, etc. Knowledgeable and experienced about national and international project support funds.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To develop new R&D projects within the scope of our R&D strategies,
- Conducting or supporting studies for R&D Center activities,
- Conducting or supporting Benchmark and Teardown studies,
- To follow industry innovations in polymeric materials and processes, to offer project suggestions,
- To follow and report national and international innovations in the sector, materials and technologies, relevant technology days and trainings,
- To be able to prepare technical reports from trials: monitoring of the trials in order to collect all the data needed for preparing the report.
