QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Radio Network Planning and Optimization Principal Expert
Responsibilities;
- Be responsible for customer’s network performance, have a deep understanding of customer’s current network performance, know about the network dynamic changes and user behavior and customer experience.
- Planning and optimization team management experience for medium or big projects.
- C or D level customer engagement.
- Cooperate with sales, be responsible for customer’s service satisfaction of network optimization department, have the routine communication with high-level customer of network optimization department, be familiar with the customer’s process and methodology of network optimization, understand the customer strategies and pain points of network performance, provide the solution and strategy based on customer’s requirements.
- Be responsible for successful delivery of network RNOP related projects, including but not limited to the business profit and loss of related network optimization project (order, income, profit, acceptance).
- Collect and maintain related competitive information of network planning and optimization (including but not limited to customer’s network investment plan, investment strategy, delivery mode and process of network planning and optimization etc.)
- Incubate the opportunities related to the customer’s network planning and optimization, guide pre-sale solution, review and support solution deliverability and reasonable quotation
- Lead 5G Trials’ RF Planning and optimization activities, support 4G expansion planning and dimensioning of the mobile network both internally and customer side.
- To be trained and train others about 5G technology
- Value presentation of Huawei Customer Experience Management (SmartCare) and Optimization platforms (Discovery family)
Job Requirements;
- 5+ years hands-on experience on LTE planning and optimization
- Good understanding of mobile networks architecture (GUL)
- Deep knowledge about Huawei eRAN equipment and software is preferred, Other Vendor experience is also acceptable if have deep technical knowledge
- Feature and parameter optimization experience (GUL)
- U2000 and other OSS tools experience
- Drive Test Analysis and reporting experience
- Understanding of Huawei Digital optimization tools and platforms (Discovery, Smart RNO, OMStar, FMA etc.)
- Customer oriented, dedicated to work, willing to improve himself.
- Good command of written and spoken English is must
- Willing to work in a dynamic international environment
- Presentation skills as a plus
- 5G planning and optimization knowledge is a plus
- Customer Experience management and Geo-location based optimization tools experience is a plus
