Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Railway operations
- Extensive knowledge of the Railway transportation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Strong analytical skills and good people management and coordination skills
- Strong problem – solving mentality
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs.
- No military service obligation.
Job Description:
- Developing rail freight and intermodal activities in Turkey
- Responsible for sales, execution and coordination of Rail & ıntermodal operations within the organization
- Developing relationships with Rail and Intermodal operators
- Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
- Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
- Interacts with Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required
