QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Raw Material Purchasing Executive”for our client which is one of the top 100 industrial corporations of Turkey:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields (preferably a degree in Chemistry and/or Engineering)
• Min. 7-8 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG sector and experienced in raw material purchasing
• Fluent in English
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, result-oriented and analytical mindset with strong project management and follow-up skills
• Experience in SAP MM, PowerBI and other relevant tools
• Having no restriction for travelling
• Preferably has work experience in an agile organization

• Generating procurement projects according to strategic sourcing initiative process and detailed plan for execution and follow up on progress and implementation
• Performing purchase price analysis, understand volume & technic specification and coordinate them with stakeholders such as Planning, R&D, Quality, Production
• Developing supplier partnership to identify and develop ongoing total cost reductions and negotiate the price,quality and delivery to meet company requirements
• Negotiating and managing the contract process

• Following upstream and downstream of the materials from the data sources and provide analysis and strategies
• Proses of SAP data reporting, analyzes of spend data and budget comparisons for assigned commodities
• Ensuring timely purchasing of raw materials,commodities to support plants operations

• Performing supplier evaluation and selection as per company standards and sourcing strategy
• Acting as a Team Member of Category Squads in new Agile organization of the company
