QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY ASSOCIATE

Position Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for executing on-time and compliant order handling process for all raw materials (NTM & Leaf) in line with the Global Sourcing Plan and requirements from the Planning Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, BA or Logistics Management,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in purchasing or logistics
• Advanced level of English knowledge,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
• Strong communication, cooperation, and teamwork skills,
• SAP knowledge is an asset.
  

Responsibilities

• Carrying out raw material supply processes for local and import materials including logistic operations.
• Following up and reporting relevant KPIs for supply and inbound logistics.
• Maintaining vendor & material master data in SAP.
• Leading and coordinating material cost reduction studies.
• Supporting financial studies for annual and strategic plans, preparing material supply budget.
• Giving support to the Quality team in terms of Material defects, coordinating and defining the problems with Production, QA and external partners, as well as implementing corrective actions.
