QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic Real Estate Consultant (s) with entrepreneurial spirit to present existing offerings to customers, accompany customers through their sales journey and maximize profitability, convert leads into sales within designated territory and most importantly embrace this role as their own venture.

You will work with customers through the field sales cycle, guiding and informing customers with all the relevant procedures and details while turning interested leads into long-term satisfied customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reflect/represent Propline culture and values while maintaining a professional relationship with the customers.
  • Manage customer relationships and drive company’s sales strategy while maintaining customer expectations.
  • Put customer satisfaction as top priority to ensure sales growth.
  • Be well-informed and prepared before customer visits.
  • Determine and handle customer needs and preferences to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Accompany customers during field visits and inform customers about general market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Follow up closely with the field sales process from start to finish.
  • Reach set goals and sales targets to drive sales and eventually company revenues.
  • Use Propline software’s CRM functions to serve customers and report developments.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or sales position (preferably in the retail/property sector)
  • Professional English proficiency is a must. Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Must have residence permit.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sales process and property regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional persuasion/convincing skills with the ability to successfully close sales.
  • Presentable with an approachable personality.
  • Excellent follow-up process with results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale.
  • Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
