QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Currently seeking for a Real Estate Sales Manager position for our Istanbul based Company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Management of the sales team and provide leadership and coaching to achieve sales targets & growth
- To develop & implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base
- To achieve organizational sales objectives through effective planning, setting departmental goals
- To analyze performance data and predict departmental future performance
- To conduct market research and competitor & customer analysis
- To analyze market trends & results and generate sales reports
- To manage master sales agencies & keep motivated to close sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Engineering or Business Administration)
- 10+ years of real estate company experience (preferably min 5 years of management level)
- Advanced fluent writing and speaking skills both in English & Turkish is a must
- High management and training skills and experience in reporting
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a competency of decision making
- A proven track record of positive sales performance
- Effective use of MS Office programs
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for the real estate sector is a first priority
- Preferably experienced in sales processes to foreign markets
