Sales Manager will be responsible for proactive planning, development and implementation of sales strategies to deliver and agreed key performance indicators including but not limited to revenue budget, market positioning and brand awareness. Sales Manager must has been a resident in the city of İzmir.

Qualification;

  • Bachelor degree in related fields
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in real estate sector
  • Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed on an entrepreneurial team
  • Excellent planning, reporting, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented setting while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

Job Description;

  • Developed relationships with foreign clients and real estate agents to understand their needs and provide the best real estate solution,
  • Served as a representative for clients from start to the end of the transaction closing,
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters,
  • Providedstrategic planning for business development and market analysis for potential commercial leases,
  • Participated in the company's sales strategy,
  • Achieved company monthly and yearly sales targets.
