REAL ESTATE SALES SPECIALIST

  • A native speaker of Russian or German or Persian languages.
  • Have a high level of English knowledge,
  • Interested in the real estate sector,
  • Aiming at high income with the Salary + Bonus system,
  • Will do his best to represent her/his company in the best way, have strong representative power,
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and face to face,
  • Having sales experience before or self-confident in sales,
  • Having a sales perspective, following the trends and highly motivated,
  • Analytical thinking, producing solutions and strong social relations,
  • Spreading positive energy to the working team members, knowing how to share and open to learning new things,
  • Able to work target-result oriented and willing to create added value in a competitive environment,
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Able to actively drive.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Taking a leading role in all processes that will provide our customers with a wonderful real estate purchasing experience.
  • To offer the best real estate options to the customers we have gained through our global marketing activities,
  • By analyzing the needs of our customers well, to convey all the information our customers need in an accurate and detailed way,
  • Continually sharing business processes with in-house departments,
  • Constantly obtaining information in order to get to know the real estates in the Alanya market very well,
  • Taking an active role in marketing and advertising activities,
  • Ensuring that all activities are fully included in the CRM system.
