QUALIFICATIONS

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for recruiting the best-qualified candidates for high-value technical proposals.

S/he will be a Member of the Recruitment Team, working closely with Project Management and Business Development Management teams.

The overall goal of the Recruitment Manager will be selecting the best-qualified candidates as early as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s degree in a related area.

• Preferable at least 1 year of international development recruitment experience particularly for projects funded by the European Commission.

• Must have a strong orientation to client satisfaction, an ability to foster productive team relationships, and an ability to work in a team environment.

• Must be able to articulate bid commitments, compliance proactively.

• Business development skills required.

• Excellent oral and written communications skills and, strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently.

• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Fluency in English is a must.
